ThayerFarms.com is published by Jeff Jillson, Realtor®, licensed in the State of Idaho and affiliated with Windermere / Coeur d'Alene Realty, 1000 Northwest Blvd, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814, 208-920-0410. It is an independent neighborhood guide and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any builder, Kootenai County or any homeowners association.
2. Information we collect
When you submit a form we collect your name, email, phone number and anything you choose to tell us. Our web host also records basic technical data, such as IP address and browser type, for security.
3. How we use it
Your request goes to Jeff Jillson's inbox and is copied into his BoomTown customer relationship system so he can answer you, send the listings or valuation you asked for and follow up. We do not sell your information.
4. Calls, texts and email consent
The consent checkbox on our forms is optional and is not a condition of buying any property or service. If you check it, you agree to receive calls, texts (SMS/MMS) and emails, which may be automated, from Jeff Jillson and Windermere / Coeur d'Alene Realty.
